you don't understand what your job is. we help save medical costs and the money saved goes back to improve benefits. The Government determine how much the company must pay out in medical claims. The only way humana improve profit is by increasing membership or reducing admin cost. You are an admin cost. If you were running this company you wouldn't want moaning people like you on the payroll. All these complains, why? I feel lucky I have my job, it pays and I work at home. Stop being so negative.

I would be content with Humana giving back to the members they swear they are trying to help, instead of pocketing their hard earned money. I get that they want to make as much as they can and are allowed to, but that's the problem. The system is broken and the only ones SOL are the elderly and middle class that has to pay for it.

Go back to being a horrible leader now MF.

They complain because they feel this should be a socialist nation in which corporate America shares all their profits with employees. They have no concept of business and what it entails to run a company of this magnitude. If HAH alone employs close to 10,000 employees and the average salary is $45,000 that would be 450 million just in salaries alone. That doesn't include benefits, 401k matches, etc. It doesn't include overhead of the office buildings either. That is just one department within Humana.

If any one of us thought we could make a quick 45 million by selling our stocks, we would do it in a heart beat! it doesn't make the CEO greedy it makes him smart. Please te!I me what you propose he do with all that stock? Should he risk losing all the stock he has earned? The stock market can be unpredictable. I would say he was very wise. Are you jealous of his success and his income?

Those left should be thankful to have jobs. With the ACA collapsing and no healthcare bill to replace it ( the Senate is currently re-writing the one on the table) you will be lucky to find a new job. Healthcare employers are skiddish to hire not knowing the future. Quit complaining about every little thing. Stop expecting handouts. Not happy with your own job or income? Go back to school and get an MBA or MPH and apply for leadership positions. Rather than complain, come to the table with solutions that the company could actually use.

What are you complaining for? If the company didn't make no money you wouldn't have the job. If the company and every other company didn't make no money your 401K would be worth nothings. You complain for no reason except to complain. You are lucky to have this job and not to be without a job.
