You are cowardly. If you know of these things report it through Ethics Line. You don't have to give your name there so you can go on being a coward.
No those issues are not small potatoes. It is against the law to continue to call people who decline services . Very serious if Medicare found out about this
Not unique to United Health, either. Humana has faced similar lawsuits.
I guess our stories of coaches refusing to allow us to let members decline our program, or refusing to inform they can opt out of IVR calls - those things are small potatoes when we look at the big picture. CMS will have to choose its battles to clean up the fraud, it seems.
