@NktV2DV-1cvh Nope, not a union troll, just a disgruntled unemployed person

I got let go in December 2015, over the past 3 months I have been approached on LinkedIn by several recruiters for Verizon jobs. They are contractor jobs and of course it's too late to bridge my time, SMH.

If they would offer and eisp, they could get rid of employees that are at the top rate on the pay scale and have 5 weeks vacation. Replacing them with temps/new hires would save them a lot of money...lower pay/2weeks vacation. Wall Street loves it when companies downsize their workforce.
Doubt it with the push to build out fios
I'd like to hire some short-time summer help. Preferably blonde, petite, 35 years old or less, makes over $250K a year, and ,,,,, apply within ....
And you know this how??
They hire summer help every year this is nothing new. I highly doubt super EISP this year. Maybe for targeted departments. Definitely not mine. We are busy and could use more people.
Super EISP coming 4th quarter.
I wish they would offer an eisp now. If they wait until October and the gatt rate goes up, the lump sum buyout will go down. That may force some to stay another year or two until the gatt rate goes back down.
