Sorry to hear good people lose their jobs. The good thing is you don't have to see the crabby boss on Monday mornings or any mornings. At least if you get a new job even if you a crabby boss, you will get paid more.

At least you will get a decent pay where ever you go next, haven't you had enough abuse at Oracle?
I was in the same boat until I could not afford my mortgage anymore. Year after year management says "sorry, but do not expect much this year" or "sorry, the budget is very small. We have to give it to the people we've been skipping for the past few years". So, year after year, I was losing my 0.5% raise!!
It is always sorry but do not expect much this year. So glad I am out, enough with the mental abuse.
Employees get nothing while Safra, Mark, TK get millions more every damn year!
