Everyone is on the RIF list. Who cares anymore. I am done with this sh--ty company. I just come in everyday expecting and secretly hoping it's​ my turn for the RIF. There is no future in this clown show. Soon HON AERO go the way of Yahoo, Enron, Lehman Brothers, etc.

The game is up. The wall street greed coupled with Davey boys greed and incompetence have ruined this once great company. The only thing to do now is sit back and watch the whole thing fail with a big grin on my face.

It's more than that.

Dave Cote was one of two JP Morgan Chase Directors on the risk management committee at the time of a $6 billion dolar f-up "London Whale" problem.

I begrudgingly drive into the office every single day. No one on my team is at my site. None of my customers are in my state. This is a 100% waste of time, money and emissions driving into a site everyday. They want us all to quit or retire! That's the whole point. Then they can offshore all these roles to "low cost, emerging markets". America takes it up the p--p shute while Davey, Dairyass and the stockholders get rich. It's nothing but a huge wealth shift.

Honeyhell actively takes actions which lowers revenue, then turns around and complains about low revenue in every clown hall. Getting emails from the head clown talking nonsense about growth and increasing revenue. Want to grow the business? Here's some ideas to get us started.

Stop treating customers like crap

Stop treating employees like liabilities

Stop running the business like it's a bank

Start putting money into R&D

Start investing in people and maybe they will stay longer than 6 months.

I'm one of the folks that left due to the WFH policy change. They are still psying me with benefits and life couldn't be better.

After 35 years they did me a favor. I hear my mgr is still screwed up showing favoritism to her golden boy and everyone wants to leave due to her antics.

Life is good after Honeyhell.
