Why the **** is VMS still under CC, who has NO IDEA about it, when it should be under JD? Same with pretty much all the NFV stuff. CC proved at SP SEVT Jan that he was clueless about the whole SP business outside of video. Give it to someone who actually has a clue. Maybe the Snr Directors in the NFV BU can beat some sense into SA's bunch of reprobates.
in my humble opinion the problem is too much vision. All we seem to hear about is about having "fun" and working with "cool stuff". From what I have seen the leaders who make a difference are those who live and work in the here and now and not in some Shangri- la , always over the horizon and always out of reach. The reality , here in the trenches, is that we are just trying to keep the beast working .
