You realize that Sean and company have made it difficult for employees to be "Shareholders" of ConAgra. You can no longer easily buy company stock through CRISP. You can do it elsewhere but it takes effort on your part.

They do not want any employee to own company stock except Upper Management.

So when Sean says Shareholders he doesn't mean any ConAgra employee. He just means him and his gang.

When Sean uses the term "Shareholder Value" in any conversation I mentally replace that verbiage with the phrase " My ( Sean's) Net Worth". I do it for all the other his other crapweasles as well.

If it is good for Sean it must be good for the test is us..... Right?

Tell that to yourself as you walk out the door for the last time.

Nice sentiment but when has Walmart given a damn about how employees are treated? Especially their own.

More likely they see a sinking ship and are pushing for even deeper discounts?

Or they realize how undependable Seanagra has become.

The rancid stink of panic driven fear must reek in the offices of the Senior Leadership Team.

Walmart is noticing how poorly the new CEO is treating the employees and that's probably why they have retracted their contracts with conagra. The sky is falling and without sales all the savings cuts equal to nothing for the share holders.

With Quarterly Sales dropping ~10% per quarter how long before the Board throws Sean to the curb?

Karma?

So Sean's stated turnaround is just not going to happen? What a surprise!!!

But just in time to sell the Company to someone else.
