BUs should take different hits based on business conditions.
If you knew anyone over 40 over the past decade you can see in all the filings they are given that people over 40 are more than heavily represented.
At least on the engineering side I never worked in a group that had more than 10% women so the idea that men would take the brunt of it should be self evident.
Since race keeps coming up in other threads less than 3% of the people under one of my US directors was white so by definition a lot of non-white people were tossed from US positions over the past decade.
Just remember, if you try to take any legal action it will end up in the background check that every potential employer will run on you before they commit to an offer. If you mutants think you can pass the DNA testing that is going to be part of the new US interviewing process you might be in for more surprises.
