Remote workers can be more productive than office workers. Everyone worries about "interruptions at home." The key insight is that he worker has influence and control over those interruptions. In the office, the worker has much less control of interruptions from managers and coworkers.
BK needs to follow IBM's lead and eliminate telecommuters. IBM said to show up in the office or resign. It would be any easy way to purge the slackers without a pckage. Having more people in the officewill
