Rumor has it that we are announcing store closures at the first of June is this true???

just like it was mentioned on here before....i can only imagine the cuts in staffing to large stores.

I suppose if it's true we will find out this week. Macy's likes to do announcements on Fridays and Weds more often then not...
This has been very frustrating to watch our store sales deminish over the last 2 years while the local JC Penney always seems busy and expanding. I've decided to go where the business is going and have applied to JCP as I'm not sure how much longer this store will remain open
Everything that goes on above the store level. It's a helter skelter atmosphere when it comes to decision making.
What is disjointed and confusing?
That is a distinct possibility. However, with the thought of closing more than the 38 already announced, it might not be announced that day. Stay tuned...way too much going on at the corporate level to keep up with. This is getting very, very disjointed and confusing.
