If there is HELL, that should be the destination of all the greedy executives of WFT, HAL and SLB should go. With such a big downturn in the industry and hundreds of thousand employees losing jobs, are those guys' blood RED? In my opinion, it is systematic corruption, people need use the voting power to change it.

WFT is the wrong employer if you are looking for recognition but it's a decent paying dead end job if you can tolerate the constant BS.

We the little people here at Greens are the major people keeping the lights on and we don't get any recognition.

There's nothing like getting free money. If the company is too stoopid to notice or don't care then u deserve it.

Completions sales reps used to get a bonus at the end of each month on our pay check and they called it a commission bonus. It was great until about 2 years ago that they changed it. Nobody really liked to talk about it because only completions sales reps got it. It was good while it lasted !

I know there are still bonuses being given here in Houston engineering and manufacturing facilities.

The hourly man makes it all possible.

Hey all you saying not to talk about it can just hush it. If you think people want talk about it you are crazy. The bonus structure is a total joke and not fairly managed.

Grade 10 and above are on TBP - up to 20% of salary paid as bonus. Managers and above are on MBP - up to 30% of salary as bonus. Special bonus programs are in place for certain individuals during this massive restructure.

Under a nearly 80-year-old federal labor law, employees already can talk about their salaries at work, and employers are generally prohibited from imposing "pay secrecy" policies, whether or not they do business with the federal government.

It's the law in the US. Not sure where you are.

Before you come back and repeat bad information you should check the company's policy's.

Just zip it.

This information is to be kept confidential and not to be shared with coworkers period. Disciplinary action may be taken for discussing compensation.

Again, you are incorrect. It is illegal for a company to punish anybody for talking about compensation.

Again Please refrain from discussing this subject on open platforms as this. There are different levels of hourly and salary employees that are not privileged with this program. It is legal and suggested that colleagues discuss compensation. Companies do not like it but they can NOT punish you for discussing it. It is highly illegal for a company to punish you for discussing compensation.

I didn't get a MBP letter for 2016. I got one in 2015 and one informing me I'm eligible for one in 2017. Frac got all the bonuses and all they did was lose money.
