its good Cisco should outsource more and offshore jobs to low cost destinations. its high time Cisco should desert US. US has become too costly for Cisco to survive. If CEO cannot see the writing on the wall then Cisco is doomed. Chuck Robbins is smart guy and I guess Cisco will lay off 5k to 10k employees in US and it will easily save lot of costs and increase company margins.

Krakow is good place to find really great talent. I don't understand why Cisco has to stick to US. They need to move their staff across the globe. Its brings best talent in play and also less politics.
Cisco US doesnt really have best talent from India. top level Indian Engineers dont join Cisco so naturally they think Indians are mediocre talent. Just try to meet best talent then you will go mad at them but sadly you wont many of such people in San Jose because for them Cisco is B-grade company.
And just as well educated / motivated. Take the average worker in Krakow. Probably been to the best European Universities, speak half a dozen languages and are more cost effective than a US employee.
India is almost 6 times cheaper than US based on avg salary. Its easy to get resources due to sheer population of India over 1.3 billion people. if we need setup a center with 5000 resources, we can hire 5000 ppl in India within 6 months with decent talent levels. We cannot expect extraordinary talent will 600 USD per month salaries. i dont see any wrong if Cisco is planning to move jobs to Bangalore or Krakow or Mexico. They are far cheaper than US.

Lol you mean to say companies like Cisco will hire costly US employees. You must be living in fools paradise. All MNCs have off shore centers in bangalore. They can move lot of jobs there.
