As of yesterday just before I left work I was still waiting for my parts.

We shipped it check your dock. More than likely you waited till you have a job that is waiting on a part then you finally thought to order the parts. It is not our fault for your incompetence.

You have made it very clear that the stores supply chain does not care about supplies and supporting districts and our needs. It has always been this way where certain people and repair centers get what they need before us. WE are the ones that SUPPORT YOU not the other way.
We don't give a sh-- about your orders.
