Completely planned. They give a lot of pep talks to motivate and phony talk about business being secure but it is only a ploy to get all the work out of you. Then they invite you into a meeting to fire you while someone is taking over your computer to lock you out. Start looking for a new job.

@dsum it was "up to" 6 months salary, depending on years of service, one week's pay for every year of service, up to 26 weeks.
CSE just offered packages to non rep. 6 months salary and 1 year medical.
Don't forget about the beautiful new IMPACT center. Two mil on that...betcha it never gets used. Whatever snake oil salesman came up with that idea should be sh--canned.
They spent millions on bogus sales training, hired BD people who aren't even close to the customer, have lots of baloney meetings talking about silly opportunities and fake sales goals, but spent nothing on improving the product dramatically or putting people where the customer lives. The management is insolent and full of themselves - it's all fluffy showy baloney. $2M spent on stupid classes making Roroy rich could have gone into real product. Instead we got Focus Selling. Good luck to all you s---ers but the ship is going to sink while Tar...and Redmo....and Mich....keep getting their bonuses. Big fang joke of a company. As fake as Trump - the hole lot of them!
