Total stay at 3,800 for the second week, despite a few layoffs including VPs in India. This is not a sign of layoffs being over, just prep for the big one starting this week. Best of luck everybody, be ready to clear out!

I wouldn't call them "deadwood" in as much as they weren't part of the right good ole boys network.
sure, when deadwood is laid off, everyone applauds, but they take the good ones in the same bucket.
And the good ole boys netowrk is not O specific, it's the same as in other places I've worked.
And the network moves with the ppl, that's why you don't burn bridges.

layoffs at this company are POLITICAL, not performance based. why do you think all the people who stay here are workhorse retards and psychopaths?
Fake news, small targeted lay offs of deadwood, yes. But massive lay offs, no.
