Sparc reps got notified this morning to find another job by the end of this month or they are gone.

I'm one of at least 15 in the UK, sales and presales, who had their last day today. Being the UK the severance packages are good. Best wishes to everyone.

Thanks for the info. I can confirm that I know people in tech and HW in a similar boat that were given 2 months notice basically, and they will be terminated today.
Of course, "performing as prescribed" in Q4 means nothing when 7 out of 8 reps on a team are not at 100% of their lofty quota, due to overestimations and miscalculations :)
But, the ones who are fired out of those 7 are typically not "the worst of the bunch", but rather "those who didn't kiss a-- properly" :)
Received a call from a colleague who got the axe just this morning.
Sales rep. Its the housecleaning of anyone who didn't perform as prescribed in Q4 who was on their watch list. It was SaaS rep.
