My parents always had a Union to protect them. They never saw this kind of crap during their careers.

I totally feel you on this one my brother or sister. My Parents - had excellent pensions and social security which helped them live out honorable lives. I will say they were concerned and I am very concerned for the long haul with our children. We may end up being the 'squeeze' generation that may have to take a stand to this. It's a sacrifice that I am getting mentally prepared to give.
I wish we could connect. I would love to help - I too am out and have much the same length of experience and much more to give. I was warned over the years about Oracle's ruthlessness from many who were tossed out...what was I thinking?
