I was recently asked in an interview (after explaining the Oracle Pubic Cloud), what Cloud platform Oracle chose for their SaaS offerings - Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS? - not on anyones' radar and from what I can tell its Oracle that has their Database with Docker, Microsoft and Amazon. So except for the purchased LOB's for SaaS I don't think they will make the cut in the IaaS and PaaS....

I think customers have a genuine dislike of the brand - all that milking...
