You aren't the only ones getting hosed - those beautiful Oracle partners also get hosed and eagerly await your resume for help NO MATTER what your Age! I just talked to one in my space who absolutely has 50 and 60 year olds and even a few in their 70's very eager to have your resume, your experience and your help to fix all the horseshit software and time to delivery the Oracle sale staff over promised to just get in the deals, very exciting switcheroo opportunity here.
This makes total sense to me.... I am going for it - should have an offer sewed up by next TUE and that would be amazing from today before I even get their F/U Fedex package to getting a solid job.
