I'm a merchandiser with PE and they tell us nothing - if you have any information, I would appreciate knowing the truth so I can start a job search sooner than later! Thank you!

I received an email today from PE thanking me for my hard work in past seasons and that they will not be servicing Lowes for the 2020 season.
Plant Partners, a METROLINA SUBSIDIARY, underbid Plant Essentials- PE no longer service Lowes. What a blow that must have been to PE’s CEO! Wow!
They lost the contract this season
ive just recieved a phone call its true.
PE will be used until the end of the season then plants will be vendor-managed from there (pay-by-scan). The LNS is going away, so theres no point to have PE if we cant even pay our own people. I revommend looking for positions with the vendors.
I don't think it's false and fake. We were told at the beginning of June that there were plenty of hours, WORK ALL YOU WANT! Two weeks later, our Area Manager is telling us to take "whatever time off you want" because LOWES has cut the hours exponentially down to nothing. For reference, PE hours usually last until at least Sept/Oct. There is def. something going on -

Rumor has it that PE will be gone after this year. If everything is pay-by-scan there won't be a need for PE.
You're dealing with Lowe's, the "truth" changes day by day.
