Our store manager is on vacation. I'm sure he knows of all the turmoil that is going on in his store AZ. ###7 . The ASM that is serving as the sales manager called a-- meeting and the first thing she wanted to cover was all the so called leaks about the changes coming. She told us she did some research with other stores in the Chicago area. Apparently what goes down in that market will soon go down in the Az. market. She assured us that the SS will keep their jobs, however Hr is gone. The Lp was eliminated and then brought back due to unexpected issues.

Don't you guys think it's weird that all of your managers were in vacation at the same time?
Our store had a meeting yesterday with all the Sales Specialists. They will be losing their jobs.
Whether it's a quick exit with unemployment benefits or like the DM's when they were told is not decided yet. And yes, our store will be going to 1 ASM. They said probably the Sales Manager as no need now that there will be no more Sales Specialists.
Well MY store manager is too busy on her personal smart phone to notice too much of anything. Too busy talking to her bratty kids or hubby about what to make for dinner.
MY store manager was on vacation also, however he came in to hold a meeting informing his employees all what's being said is not true and to continue business as usual.
