Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Midcon in big trouble with current VP

Second fatality in D&C in MCBU in less than 3 months. He is wearing people out trying to make a name for himself. He is way to much in the weeds on everything plus he is trying hard to alienate the Houston and midland teams from each other. He must go! He is destroying what we have become. You challenge him and he finds a way to move you out.... trust me

He needs to go but he seems to be johnnys boy

So sad

Why do we never accept personal accountability as a root cause?

Get real. D&C management didn't kill those two. They got killed all by themselves. Sorry to sound so callas, but saying it directly like that is meant to wake you up. Accidents happen. Don't go blaming anyone else. Christ.

Forget the b.s.. Look at the D&C management for the two fatalities.

@1ivo, that phone number is on the Corporate HR webpage. But I suggest you report it first to your supervisor and be sure you are recording it using your smartphone. When you are not contacted about the complaint after 30 days, attach the audio clip to an email and send it to the correct place. Believe me, there will be action and accountability.

What is the Chevron phone number to report Chevron workers abusing alcohol and drugs on the job. Also what is the Chevron number for reporting service hands that are on drugs and alcohol while working for Chevron.

Was at claydesta when a new hire was killed en route to the pipe yard. We had ol Neiymer give us a visit a few days later. Unfortunately he wasn't there because of the death but for a cheer leading meeting with a slide about Zero deaths yay! Managers practically had to force him to bring it up and talk about it. Weirdest koolaid fest ever. The psycho wanted us to D&C 100 wells a month before the downturn and turn the whole thing into a mill, no science just point click shoot. Thank god the price dropped or people would have died.

I agree neiymer is killing our bu. People like Scott Davis and Alan Kleir helped make us who we are and ole Bruce is sending us down the tubes because of his lack of leadership.

Please Jeff and jay send relieve fast

Its about time somebody tried to make a change. What you refer to as "wearing out" is just a days work in other places. Having your comfort zone challenged is what the entire company needs.
