Five Maryland stores are organizing a call out on monday and tuesday of this week unless we get an honest update on what is going on with jobs.
The only way to make upper management listen is for on the days where they are expecting the most sales to occur, for there to be no employees showing up for work.
Sales specialists are being asked to stop taking SOS. Only see what is on the shelf.
I wish I could sent a keg of beer and a box of fireworks to every store. You guys deserve a better life.
The stores are so understaffed, no one probably noticed.
Went to store on west coast yesterday. Hoping to see a walkout. Nothing but lots of customers.
I don't think most of public has any idea what is going on or maybe they just don't care. Yeah, they probably just don't care. Price is all they care about. Unless it's their family that can't eat.

You may get fired but if enough of you walk out, it will make the news.

Because that'll get their respect. Don't walk out in that matter. They will just fire you. With you being in Maryland you will definitely get their attention, they will let you go and hire replacements with relative ease.

you mean you are one of the part timers that call out on Friday nights or on a nice Saturday or after being out half the night and looking like crap in the morning. Or are you one of the part timers that spends half the day in the break room or out in the sheds smoking cigs.

Great idea, screw over the rest of the store in a meaningless gesture that literally no one above store level will even notice. Doesn't matter anyway. I'm one of the part timers that do your job as well as you for half the pay anyway XD
