I hope the lying recruiters who are destroying people's lives get it next... You know who I am talking about.

Layoffs can be explained not only skills of resources but but skills of the management which was working tirelessly to fill position with worseless people and design company values lol. Major shakeup is long overdue but I suspect it won't affect management as it did not many times in the past.

One cannot disagree with the last comment about BLR but let's be honest - the very same we can say about DFW

It is true, no need to do politics to prove BLR is inefficient. It is very much openly visible. It's all because of the type of people hired and promoted from last 10 years. By simply talking anything on air people becomes manager, director, architects. No one is capable of implementing and delivering quality. All are fakes and acting over smart. Don't know to work and don't have discipline to listen and learn from skilled people. Perhaps prostitutes/porn starts will be more professional and hard working than employees here.

Now I know why the turkey vultures hang out on Sabre's roof in DFW. They are watching and waiting for their next feast as the gutting happens more often then you'd think. Seriously they freak me out.

Sabre offshores everything... cheap company goes to cheaper resources offshore. Let's not play like it's only Sabre doing it as every large company has some offshoring but it should be acknowledged that Sabre is quickly going to offshore more than they are doing in US/DFW.

Sabre's numbers are really bad and projected to be even worse especially in Airline. Sabre is not liked by most International Airlines bc the lack of technology adoption. Sabre has no presence in China which is said to be the area with biggest growth over next 10 years.

Personally i am shocked that a few college grads haven't gotten together in a garage to disrupt Sabre and it's competitors. Sabre started in an apartment if you can believe and will die out in the fields of Southlake.

Sure this s---s but do you expect Sabre to just keep paying their high prices DFW workforce when revenues are on decline? And those who are b--ching that it's taking too long... you're probably the ones on the block bc you finally realize you're a slacker or have zero domain knowledge

why unfortunately? also, salary is one factor but DFW is the "brain" and a lot of brain power in HQ is not up to par.

Come on! I am from one of the centers outside United States but if there are more layed off in DFW is because their salaries are several times our salaries and the company wants to reduce costs. We are unfortunately cheaper.

maybe quality or skills of DFW "resources" explains massive layoffs? let's wait and see how many people in other centres will be affected.

SM Really? such a insensitive and useless post. You could be a Director or MSM , in case you are not already there. Or just a Non-DFW resource based on timing and care less attitude of your post
