What is a Treasure Chest Award at Humana, inc?

In the almost 3 years I was with Humana before I got laid off I was put up for them 4 times and got none of them until the final one which arrived on my official last day with this shi@#y company. Now everytime I see that stupid notebook I got for going above and beyond I want to scream and throw it. Grrrrr

I received four awards, picked out the "prizes", and only ever received a cheap plastic phone stand. Coach has never stated in a review any acknowledgement of it.
I think I'd rather be a pirate than a PHC these days. Better job security.

A treasure chest award is something you receive when an associate wants to recognize you for something you did- helping with calls, answering questions, etc. The award is a useless piece of Humana propaganda with Dollar Store quality. I have yet to redeem any of the TC awards because I just don't want or need that junk.
