@O6vTjuS-2gut - what evidence do you have that the LR'd lack current skills?
This won't happen, the technologies changing every day. People with old skills , be it on H1B or Citizenship are let go. New Skill sets are welcome.
And your point is???!!!!
Companies laying off must not be allow to petition any work visas or green cards.
This is an obvious abuse of the system and it impacts American workers.
