Does anyone know what the goal is of the survey that has been requested of all SSs and CHEs, SNP and LTIH HCMs and FCMs? It's all about experience and skillset around chronic health conditions, severe behavioral health needs and substance abuse conditions. For those previously impacted, did you see anything like this prior to cuts?

HCCP HCM RN here. My survey asked me if I was interested or felt qualified to manage BH members. Of course not! That is a specialty that needs specific educational background. If this is forced on us, some of us will definitely not be qualified, myself included.
The HBh that were let go were from a specific pilot that did not show the results they were hoping for. The survey is related to the direction they have said they wanted to go with behavioral health. The two are not related
It's not a coincidence that they are now asking us about BH and dual dx experience as a large chunk of HBH has been laid off.
I was told they are looking for licensed people with a background in dual dx to provide input. My coach said doing it did not mean you would have your position transferred

Can you say your role? Email includes HAH VA, IL and OH Demo program groups; LTIH FCMs; SNP HCMs, SSs and CHEs; HAH Care Center HCM RNs; HAH Care Center HCM SSs and coaches; and Transitions FCMS.
I didn't get a survey.
I've received it twice and have not filled it out yet. Both requests came via email from HAH Learning and Development, with the latest request dated 7/3/17. Entitled "HAH Care Management Team"
