What were you told the q3 changes were?
My store manager is off today and there has been no major meetings. I was told our vp said they are not doing anything in regards to specialists. However there are changes coming for q3

nothing has happened at our store. however, there is some type of manager meeting coming up but don't know what its about. hours the same, crappy staffing is same, one associate covering 3 departments at night is the still the same, isst and genesis still broken, customer's waiting 30 minutes for help, yep, nothing has changed at my store.

Well, at our store hour cuts and layoffs start the day after the 4th (today) so a meeting makes sense. (As much as they usually do) Also if this next round affects specialists,asms, and hr, there will not be a meeting with the low level managment.

Just received a text (of course, on my day off) of a no-notice manager's meeting set for this afternoon. Makes one wonder...
Maybe training is the front. Maybe it's legit. Either way I would NEVER trust what ever comes from corporate. Lowe's doesn't value you. Just don't expect it.. Something is coming down for sure.. We all are guessing and no one knows for sure.. It might be some. It might be everything that's going around.
We were all told it's service and support training with the market director for store managers to take back to the stores and train the service managers. No idea what to believe.
And the employees will run the store proving once again how worthless management really is.
The holiday is over so now comes the hour cuts before the layoffs
