I am wondering does everyone think SHOS will implode the same time SHC declares bankruptcy. Does anyone think that SHOS will survive a SHC Chapter 7 Bankrupty?

@1tea, My question is will Sears Mexico acquire a DC to continue to supply the SHOS stores that are left if SHC/SHOS goes belly up?
The big question is will the major appliance makers supply Sears Mexico or would they be to scared to
supply them?
@1rwe, I saw the re branding to the "Americas Appliance Experts" on the SHOS site. I just had to google it.
Sears Mexico and other Sears brands in other countries is not the same company. They are totally seperate and owned by different people.
SHOS could possibly be sold (at least the ones owned by SHC) and the franchises can be supplied by Sears Mexico in the event of BK.
Hundreds of SHOS stores were rebranded "America's Appliance Experts" this past year de-emphasizing the Sears name. These are the cream of the crop locations that are moneymakers for SHOS.

Who said chapter 7 only thing i have heard was 11... if its 7 the doors will be closed in every store and we as employees get the shaft while EDDIE fills his pockets

Lands End and Seritage will also fail at the same time...look at sears canada thats whats happening......funny the mexicans down in sears mexico are still employed and doing strong.
