Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Is (supposedly) a corporate value. I've learned more about managements plans here than on any Corp emails. Sad, but not surprised. As 20 year employee company has lost market share and respect since de mutualization and is run by execs who have stock options that increase in value for layoffs. And everything is a "HO" secret and they look down on the field which creates value and pays for their jobs.

I wish management would read this board, but thats to much to ask they dont even ask workers for input. Home office puts things in place and doesnot realize the negative effect it has on the company. Ive meant alot of people at Allstate that were proud to be employees but they hired a guy that left Liberty Mutual in claims after negative numbers and took his golden parachute and looks like hes doing same. so sad. if you are just starting out goto another carrier i guarantee allstate will lose market share they are trying to cut costs but as a wise front line employee said Allstates target market (demo 40 + does NOT want to take their own pictures) millenials will do that and thats what esurance is for.
