Oracle is a predatory capitalist that will go where ever it can exploit people and conditions the most, India is just a pit stop on the way to other and still cheaper places
Wait a few days, and Oracle will be fully an Indian company. LE will move to India soon, and he can buy the entire India plus Pakistan- and China-occupied Kashmir by his top dollars and can take care of all holy cows there.
Only India because it's cheap with a lot of people. As soon as some country in Africa becomes cheap will they start moving jobs there.
