Lowe's utilized unethical, immoral, and unscrupulous methods to reduce personnel. Made up accusations then falsify write up claiming there is LP footage that they refuse to show you. One day once you worked your shift you are fired. Once you apply to unemployment you are forced to go to an appeal to get funds. They could not care less if you have a serious health condition. Then you find out the store manager and HR manager are in unison on all of this .

We the "Eye In The Sky" see all, know all and care about no one. You are just a red vest to us. Cross us once and we forgive, cross us twice and we lay waste to your puny useless oxygen wasting corpse.
A good lawyer can get that footage for you. If Lowes can't or won't supply it, it's the same as it never existed. If you're being terminated or written up for something they claim that have footage of they should show it to you.
You are right about HR and management being in cahoots together. They always walk together chatting. Our HR person never wears her vest, takes frequent smoke breaks, and leaves before the end of her schedule. She could go and we wouldn't miss her.
Lowe's HR and Store Managers always are together. It's an unbelievable set up. My HR is clueless. Good news is they won't be around for much longer..
What is LP footage? Maybe you can invent some footage on them too.
