If this is true it does not bode well for those who currently work for Innovel. I say this because, if you think that Amazon will put up with all of the poor customer service and delivery problems that now plague Innovel, you have another thing coming. I predict Amazon will either insist on a whole new leadership and management structure for Innovel or they will totally revamp the company to better suit the needs not only of the Amazon/Kenmore deal but to also help Amazon in general. Thoughts?

Innovel Solutions has known of this for months. Employees and management aware of this, Sorry you just heard. Innovel also warehouses , delivers and installs for B-J'S SAMS and Costco......
