So, we are back at the middle of a month, Weatherford's preferred time to release folks. Any new layoffs last week or any this week? Surly there are some our there, check your HR Managers schedule in outlook - you see a lot of 30/45min blocks? Yep those are your peers getting set for the ax, hope your save like me and riding this hog to the end here at WHR.

Well they were good at selling crap to someone to get that position at least.
Only issue that I've seen is they still like to think of themselves as being superior to everyone in the group - may be exceptions but just end up with an "entitled" sales hand that is going to talk about how great they are and the rest of the group not pulling their weight, end of the day that manager who is still there but "demoted" is going to stab anyone in the back to ensure they stick around. Combine that with the animosity they carry towards whoever replaced them and you have to wonder why?
I like it when they put managers in sales instead of getting rid of them......
This is the best news I have heard of in a long time. Start with the new one with a big head at WHR.

They should layoff all the Managers that can't manage and all the Sales Representatives that can't sell !!!
