Any questions on what BKs likely next great ACT is going to be? What fad of the quarter he will pursue, what folly of a multi billion aquisition will be? What project cancellation is on tap from quarter to quarter. You have his past wonderous achievements to predict the bright future, poor Intel
Leadership is a matter of intelligence, trustworthiness, humaneness, courage, and discipline ... Reliance on intelligence alone results in rebelliousness. Exercise of humaneness alone results in weakness. Fixation on trust results in folly. Dependence on the strength of courage results in violence. Excessive discipline and sternness in command result in cruelty. When one has all five virtues together, each appropriate to its function, then one can be a leader. — Sun Tzu
I did not see any "Leadership" tips in the article. Deciding without analyzing, throwing stuff up against to wall, hoping something sticks, is not leadership.
Decisions labeled "Strategic " should have a longer shelf life than 24 month, if they do not, then examine the decision making process and, or decider, and make changes. Blaming the "market" for a bad decision, should only be allowed once in a deciders life time (I am reasonable :--).
This is truly cringeworthy - don't forget the target audience for this are increasingly uncomfortable retail investors...
I personally love when I see this line: "..Intel missed out on the move to mobile,.."
They didn't "miss" - they (management) completely f**ked it up! When you spend tens of billions of dollars on something you don't get to say you "missed out". Systemic incompetence and cultural toxicity = a failure of leadership.
I met BK once at the restroom sink in AN - dude didn't wash his hands - only got them wet. What a choad.
What happens when you pick a poorly educated white man
This is a painful article to read. For those of us who have actually worked at Intel, it's just a bunch of bald-faced lies. Really, truly, incredible.
@OCW12vD-fyr New low standard in expectation for yield, but again given how the progress has been pretty good and good to know BK is comfortable, what an idiot this CEO.
Of course yields are improving. Anything is better than zero
You think Gordon, Robert, or Andy would have said this, sorry honesty is a hallmark of a great leader, but then you got BK, what a leader!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Got klown for CEO?
This is your CEO, proud of the clown ?
“yields are continuing to improve pretty much right in line with [traditional] ramps rates,” said Krzanich. “It’s a new technology so there are always some problems to solve, but we’re pretty comfortable with where we are at now,” he added.
