Lowe's is like a B movie--"Workplace Gone Bad". What Lowe's calls Store Management is a Clown Act--arrogant & privileged.
Customers see Understaffed Depts, one long Cashier line, sales associates frustration & gives them more reason to shop Home Depot. Hear it every day...
I agree look at flooring department. They have a ton of made in china tile.. Even the stuff made here is cheap and chips.
Most everything Lowe's sells is from China. Its all junk. The stock holders don't understand the impact of this fact. People are moving away from made in china. And no-one is fooled by "assembled in USA " labels on their Chinese made junk.
First thing I did after I quit was show my friends and neighbors Alibaba.com and how to find many products similar or better than lowes sells for a fraction of the cost.
If you haven't gone through the site a vendor showed it to me a couple years back.

Invested in Disney/Marvel. Figured all them movies coming out and starwars land coming they gonna make a killing.
they temporarily dumped the stock to depress it, then send a bunch of folks packing, which depressed the stock some more. now it's looking tasty enough for cronies and nibs to re buy the stock. completely legal and an incentive can be created by contract to let it happen.
Thanks for the advice! I have some money saved up and was looking to invest. I was going to buy up those shares that Nibbles and cronies dumped but I think Home Depot is the way to go!
Nibbles and cronies dumping stock says a lot about the leadership of Lowe's.
I am an employee and I do not have one share of Lowe's. Yet I do have a lot of Home Depot. I am making a killing on HD..
