In our Medicare team layoffs have not impacted yet. Don't sure where the person bottom to this comment got that layoff confirmed. There are people in Long Beach in Medicare that are still with Molina. Most of the pass layoffs didn't consist of CMs yet.
I think Medicare already had layoffs. So maybe they are done. I would think they would have hit teams at a time... so all of IT let go... don't think they would go back go ateam

No. We are busy closing out cases. I am sure after the audits we will be let go.
Any idea when or if Medicare staff will receive layoff notices?
I don't think obamacare is going away. Read the Q2 transcript that's posted. It mentions Medicare, I think it might go away depending on the success of the plan. If we get bought by a bigger company I am sure they wouldn't buy us for the Medicare business, so Medicare depends on the companies strategy and the performance. So yes.
Yes Medicare will be affected and even more after ACÁ is eliminated.
Yes, they will be affected by the corporate staff reduction. No one is safe till there done downsizing and even then dont know for how long. Good luck!
