Workforce reduction is the reason I was given. Were there any other ACAs or Assistant Managers in the FLS affected?

So if the manager isn't around, who has to listen to the unhappy customers? I know I wanted a manager to take the heat when I was a service advisor.
Yes this is happening as we speak. Just hit the western region. All DSMs had a call about this last week. Model 1-2 stores will have just a manager and advisor. That's it.
