I think MH is too old by IBM's traditional standard for CEO's to retire - which I think is 60. My fav non-google search engine shows MH is 60 right now. But, if he did just think of the damage he could do. He damaged NCR, further drove HP to irrelevancy and now through utter incompetence destroying Oracle (albeit joined by SC & LE), he could then move to another company like IBM who seems to be struggling to help further run that company into the ground - it could work, he followed Carly at HP and at IBM he could follow Ginny - then again, based on everything I read about IBM, some of its employees might trade her for him.
