Layoffs done?

Hi All,

I feel this whole thing is a bit on the "dramatic" side! The way they are doing the layoffs is ridiculous and laughable. Just be up front, excuse me "transparent" and let us know so that we can plan for our futures in the best way possible. It can be very traumatic for people to go through this type of stress for such a long period, watching their friends and co workers leave. Stop the NONSENSE and get on with it!

The total run-rate from the RIF and organizational restructuring will be $200M. So if the first wave only accounted for $55M, then they have a ways to go to achieve this goal. They anticipate the total RIF will be approx. 1500 staff. The first wave impacted approx. 300-400 staff which means the second wave will impact approx. 1000+ staff.
