Who has more info on the rumor about TOC going away? I heard it wss one of the few areas making money???

I heard space, time and gravity could all just be illusions.
The only areas that MAKE money in this situation are the subsidies from the federal government and the meager money Molina collects from its members. That's it, folks. Some of us save the company from bleeding money by managing members away from high-cost services such as the ER and ICU. UM saves money by denying claims from high-billing sources such as hospitals. The company is sinking, so they are tossing ballast overboard. Guess who is guaranteed to stay: the captain, and his chosen few, and the crew to steer the ship. The number of crew needed is probably smaller than we'd all like to think.
