There was a Regional Market Meeting today. All Apm's were to be in attendance followed by all Club Managers in the region. Any idea what that was all about ?

everyone should stop grasping at every tidbit posted. NO ONE knows anything factual and those that do certainly aren't posting it here. wait it out, look for another job, everyone's situation is different. only time will tell, not someone's gossip or speculation. whatever was in the plan a year ago may very well have changed and for the better as far as associates go.
Why don't they just close the doors. No one is in the clubs to assist members any how. They basically just letting members walk out the door with merchandise free anyway. Our shrink is out of control but, wait make sure we are using the first 5. What a joke we have become......
If you are not speculating that means you know something that is true! So what is it you found out that is true? I am worried that they are doing away with my job (claims) so I would like to know anything that is factual.

reading way too much into nothing. why not just ask about the meeting? no doubt it was about the First 5. fyi the merch mgrs went today the apm mgrs go thrs. all mgrs will attend one this week. there's one tomorrow. why are you so sure they are doing away with this position? please don't speculate it's not the right thing to do
Pretty sure they are doing away with that position & like the fresh mgrs did, they'll have to reapply. My APM or EPM (whatever) has known for quite sometime that this was going to happen. In fact we've had several APMs in our market step down from the position in the last 2 months.
