My store has a CAM that is a joke. Never at work before 9am and off by 3pm. No accountability. Tells me all of her time is consumed ny conference calls and getting her calls entered in salesfarce which she says takes 1-2 hours every day. BULL!

The entire commercial program is a joke and has s---ed the life out of this company and destroyed the car quest brand. Should go back to retail only and push online sales.
My store has had 5 cams in the last year. All have quit or been fired. Guess what my commercial customers think of this train wreck of a parts supplier?
Cut the C.S.M"s, eliminated money and added here.

Heard "chatter" in Roanoke about cutting the CAM's and lowering prices to commercial accounts. Sounds credible given the elimination of their company cars and needing to compete with the online threat. As territories get larger, more CAM's are being pushed out very quickly.
Why even have CAMs? Most have zero credibility with the commercial shops. They should be taking a hint after the cars were pulled. Nothing like a bonus program that is unattainable for most.
