Anyone notice more unqualified women getting promoted lately? So desperate is leadership for females in higher ranks that some have jumped two levels of management to Director or higher with very few years in their old project manager or manager job. Few have even had their supervisor contacted for input. Very sad. Thinking men should file a class action discrimination. HR powerless.

In my department, it's only black women who seem to be getting promotions. I know of one case where a black woman jumped 3 levels in one promotion. I'm a white woman. I can tell you that there are numerous white women in my organization who have been waiting for promotions for years, but aren't getting them. I also know that during the XO acquisition, several people were given the boot so that their job could be given to a black female from XO.
If you can't code you have no business in application development, specially as a manager incompetence thrives
