Did they ever get to the bottom of field kickbacks?
when don't work for a company with so many overpaid executives and "technical advisors" you can actually make some money at sub $50. We can tailor our program to true returns...not just a wall street expectation who has no real idea about what makes money in oil and gas. Pioneer has missed it's POP count for the entire year so far. They don't have the money to make it all happen. They will have more significant layoffs in the coming months. They really should take down all the job postings and repurpose some folks they already have there that are doing nothing each day.
How is all the drilling working out for you? I bet you're doing worse than Pioneer
these folks can't survive on $48 oil like they said. Their budgets were built on $55 assumptions. That's why they're cutting back this year. I bet next year's budget is much smaller...unless they sell something big.
