But just to be informative they did lay off folks at the different health plans it just wasnt big group of folks like first wave. I guess we have to see what happens next pay period.

It is definitely not funny to post rumors which mislead people. The person who posted it for a joke should be ashamed of themselves. These are people's lives and they are worried. Karma!
The doors closed conversations and meetings leave me little faith in my employment here. Even if I make it through, I will not be staying around for long; the instability is not going to last for just these few months, but for month after the cuts are made. No job is worth this stress. Get out while you can before a wave of unemployed people are competing for the next job you want.
I come here for information not to play games. For the fake poster, God don't like ugly! I love my job and enjoy what I do. I would be torn if I were let go so don't play with those of us who actually care. Love and prayers to my fellow employees and I am wishing you all the best in the coming months.
I love my job as well and work hard to show my appreciation. I like the fact that people still treat you like family rather than hitting you in your back to climb the proverbial corporate ladder. Having said that I am not happy with the way this is dragging for weeks now. No one is working at Molina anymore. Rumors are everywhere and good people who shouldn't be leaving the company are already leaving to find stable jobs. By the time it is all done, Molina will loose much more than dead weight. I understand HR / Company needs time to complete the background work to layoff 1500 people but dragging it for months is crime.
You know what, everyone that is on here is because we are worried about our jobs. Believe it or not, I like my job and work very hard,as I suspect most of you do. We don't need people kidding or making stuff up to scare us Because we are already scared. Maybe I'm naive, but I drink the koolaide and want my job so to the fake poster: STOP with the BS

Is anyone who couldn't access kronos yesterday, able to use it this morning? I'm super confused and was hoping that i'd get laid off already.
Not sure what is so lol about somebody's kronos not working at a time like this. Please be a little more sensitive to people's livelihoods
Man...account enabled but kronos is disabled...does not make sense..
It is like Molina is saying work for free for emept employees..does not make sense
Half our Department's Kronos did not work the other half did we have a really bad feeling about this. If your Kronos is not working in the morning it's most likely you
I guess we'll see if the rapture comes tomorrow. I got my plastic bag ready just in case.
Most the IT are remote, I wonder how they are going to do it? So if you get an invite to HR you are doomed? Or as someone said in the site, they will get a letter via FedEx? Scary!
