Ran into one of my stores commercial customers out in Overland Pak tonite. He shared with me that his cam was complaining to him about losing his company car, and how he was going to make ends meet after having to buy another car. I defended the company to him regarding recent changes, then he dropped this bomb; my cam had been moonlighting as an Uber driver using the company car! He found out when he left his shop to go pick someone up. On a Monday afternoon? Painfully obvious management does not have a handle on things, especially people. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I wonder how many more there are that did the same thing? CSMs are clueless. Wouldn't want to be the one in KC after this revelation.
