Just curious, how much (including taxes, fines and travel expense) does it cost to cut loose an H1B 'employee' ?
I have friends at Google, thought BH/GE may have some idea.

all jobs will be supervised from India beacon centre. Save money big time and concentrate expertise.
Makes perfect sense. Replace the yank jobsworths at Rankin with H1B employees.
Just absolutely bananas
There is no experience in this company any more so anyone replaced by H1B is no loss.
Plan is to replace baker people with H1B to cut labour costs. That's obvious.
Its never ever been done , so we have no idea.
