Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Molina isn't making much sense

Every post here says no transfers allowed and hiring freeze which is what Joe says via emails but then my boss who is transferring to Texas gets her transfer approved and says that they're hiring agents over there and might have to interview people starting very soon, are they moving things to Texas? what a joke

From the meeting I was in the idea is to attempt to allow people who are in call centers as well as on the health plan side to have the options to transfer to one of the remaining sites. It doesn't guarantee your job but your ability to apply for positions that are going to become open. For example, MS only has their Plan President and AVP position open soon they will have to fill every other spot I've got my eye on that pulse but in the mean time, I'm looking towards Ohio and Irving to see what I may qualify for since they are offering relocation assistances.

Preach CA M&PCC, same thing everywhere. They basically eliminated HR so they're approving terminations left and right in record timing especially on the marketplace side where one out of every 12 supervisors essentailly care about what they do and their team and the rest of the work in a defacto mafia with this Fleta lady at the top and just yell at you when you're not making them look good.

I'm confused also about "transfers". RNs in Ohio recently received an email stating they need 10 RNs to transfer to UM reporting to their new Sups Aug 21. If not enough volunteers then RNs would be transferred even if they don't want to. So potential forced transfers?
