Abusive Relationship - Therapy Needed

Lowe's store associate is like being in abusive relationship. The tone & unfriendly attitude from store management is terrible. Crappy schedules, daily work load, stupid/petty management, understaffing, no training, talked to like you are an idiot.

Bad work environment.

Lowe's doesn't want hard working managers. They want to delegate to people . I have an ASM that is a hard working physically active manager. She takes charge and rallies people to help her and most do. Why??? Because this environment respect is earned and given to those who show us. Funny thing is because she is like that she is on a final. Yet the slack jaws they call service managers walk around doing nothing. Hell my Service Manager never steps into flooring only write work lists. Now accountability if things aren't done. If they don't show up. Old school management is gone. I can't stand seeing it. So I just do what rest do. Basically nothing.

Lowes has adopted the Rona method. Managers and bonuses come first, second come customers, the employees eg.( floor staff) come last. And they wonder why the staff don't care. They're doing what Rona has done, remove any and everything that makes working in retail great and they've turned it into slavery, DO AS I SAY AND WHEN I SAY OR ELSE, is the motto.
